この度、象印マホービンさんの炊飯試験時のごはんから「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」を製造し、グラノーラ(プレーン)を作りました！
アップサイクルによって生まれた利益を農業振興へ還元するため、売上げの一部は然るべき手続きのもと日本の農業振興活動団体へ寄付を行います。
炊飯試験時のごはんをアップサイクルさせて「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」を製造した背景
オリゼは、創業当時より発酵技術を用いて日本の社会課題を解決する「FIVE WIN」の実現に向けた事業を展開しています。
主力商品の「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」は、市場に出回ることのない規格外米からも商品価値を生み出すことができる、発酵を活用したアップサイクル技術です。
「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」によって日本の米の需要を増やし、日本の農業や米産業を取り巻く課題解決を目指しています。
象印マホービンでは、持続可能な社会に向けたサーキュラエコノミーの実現を目指し、炊飯ジャーを開発する際に炊飯試験で炊いたごはんのアップサイクルの可能性を模索していました。
これまでに、ごはんの発酵エタノールを使った除菌ウェットティッシュやごはんを原料に使ったクラフトビールの開発を行っています。
今回の取り組みは、これらの持続可能な社会に向けた未利用資源の再生・循環パートナーシップの第3弾です。
「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」製造において炊飯したごはんの活用は、今回が初めての取り組みとなります。象印マホービンの持続可能な社会に向けた未利用資源の再生・循環パートナーシップにおいて、活用量を増やしていくため更なる協業を目指しています。
売上の一部を農業振興活動団体へ寄付します。
「オリゼ甘味料（米麹発酵糖分）」は、古米やくず米などの販売価値が低下してしまう規格外米にも新たな商品価値を生み出し、日本の米の新たな需要喚起と農業への貢献を目指して開発されました。今回の取り組みは、オリゼとして初の企業との連携によるアップサイクルの取り組みです。これらの売上を企業の利益とするだけでなく、一部を日本の農業振興に役立てるべく、寄付というかたちで還元いたします。
・内容
対象商品の売上の10%を農業振興活動団体に寄付します。
「ナチュラルな味わい。定番のプレーン。」
米麹とオートミールだけの、素材を生かしたナチュラルなおいしさが味わえます。甘さ控えめで、飽きずに毎日食べられる味わいに仕上げました。お好きなフルーツやナッツなど自分の好みに合わせて、さまざまなアレンジが楽しめます。
4つの無添加素材だけで出来た、シンプルさを追い求めたグラノーラ。
原材料はたったの4つ、全て無添加の素材を使用しています。噛むほどにじんわりと広がるお米の甘みをお楽しみください。
