丁寧に焙煎されたこだわりの茶葉を使用した、上品な香りが漂うフレーバーです。
ほうじ茶特有の“渋み“と”香ばしさ“と米麹の甘みを感じてもらうため試行錯誤し、最もおいしい絶妙なバランスで仕上げました。
噛むほどに感じる、ほうじ茶の豊かな風味と米麹の甘みをお楽しみください。
抹茶 グラノーラ
「米麹と抹茶の絶妙な”和”の味わい」
米麹に抹茶を組み合わせたソースをオートミールに練り込んだ抹茶味のグラノーラです。鮮やかな緑色が美しく、抹茶の苦みと糀の甘みがマリアージュします。
色合い、風味、味わいとすべてをご堪能ください。
黒ごま 甘酒
遠赤焙煎でふっくらと煎り上げた黒胡麻を加えた甘酒です。
米麹100％のピュア甘酒との相性を大切に作られた本品の原材料は、米麹と黒胡麻だけ。余計なものは一切使用しておりません。
黒胡麻の香ばしさと自然な甘みを楽しめる一杯です。
まずは冷蔵庫でよく冷やし、そのままでお召し上がりください。
