砂糖不使用の「ORYZAE GRANOLA」と、スーパーフード「石垣島ユーグレナ」のコラボにより、さらにからだに優しいグラノーラが誕生しました。

「石垣島ユーグレナ」とは

豊かな太陽とミネラル豊富な水に恵まれた石垣島で育った「石垣島ユーグレナ」は、わかめや昆布などと同じ藻（も）の一種。
人間に必要な59種類もの栄養素（ビタミン、ミネラル、アミノ酸など）がバランスよく含まれるスーパーフードです。

食物繊維に似た働きをする希少成分パラミロンが含まれていることや、細胞壁がないため消化吸収されやすいこともわかっています。

ORYZAE×ユーグレナ社　コラボ背景

ユーグレナ社は自分の幸せが誰かの幸せと共存し続けることを目指し、サステナビリティの実現を軸とした事業展開を行っています。
今回使用している「石垣島ユーグレナ」は、2019年1月に世界で初めて環境的に持続可能で社会的に責任ある藻類の養殖及び天然資源採取を対象とする国際認証を取得した、持続可能性に配慮された食材です。

”手軽でおいしいサステナブルな選択肢”を増やすために活動してきた中で、ユーグレナ社との間で目指す世界や理念に共感したことで今回のコラボの実現に至りました。

微生物の麹菌と微細藻類のユーグレナという、肉眼では確認できないほどミクロな世界の生き物が作り出した、人にも地球にも優しいサステナブルグラノーラです。
