●コラボ実施の背景

オリゼは、発酵技術を用いた米麹由来糖分「ORYZAE」によってコメの新たな需要を喚起し、コメ農家のサスティナビリティを担保することを目指して事業を展開しています。
サトヤマフッドは、高齢化や人口減少などを背景に維持保全が困難になっている長野県千曲市「あんずの里」のあんず畑を、シェア農園という新しいかたちで未来へ残すことを目指した事業です。今回のコラボは、オリゼとサトヤマフレッドの「従来の方法にとらわれず、現代のライフスタイルにあった新しい方法による課題解決を目指す」というミッションが合致し、実現しました。
