Stuffed peppers (25 minutes)

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

・ Ground beef 200g

・ 1/2 onion

・ Appropriate amount of cooking oil

・ Bread crumbs appropriate amount

・ 1 tablespoon of milk

・ (A) 1 egg

・ (A) 1/2 teaspoon salt

・ (A) A little pepper

・ 2 peppers

・ 2 tablespoons of SOY

・ 1 teaspoon mirin

・ Water



How to make

1. Finely chop the onions and fry in a hot frying pan.

2. Soak the bread crumbs with milk.

3. Put minced meat, onions, bread crumbs and (A) in a bowl and mix well.

4. Cut the peppers in half vertically and remove the calyx and seeds.

5. Pack the hamburger steak.

6. Sprinkle vegetable oil in a heated frying pan and bake on medium heat with the meat of 5 down.

7. When the color is browned, add SOY, mirin and water, cover and steam over low heat for about 5 minutes

8. When the hamburger is cooked, set it to medium heat and entangle the seasonings all over, then remove it from the heat
