1, Healthy lasagna of eggplant and tofu

This eggplant lasagna, white sauce is made of tofu, the dough is made of eggplant, the calories are greatly reduced and the taste is the same 😋

Ingredients (2 to 3 servings)

・ Eggplant: 3 pieces

・ Ground meat: 150g

・ ☆ Canned tomatoes: 200g

・ ☆ Ketchup: 2 tbsp

・ ☆ SOY: 1 tbsp

・ Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

・ Silken tofu: 150g

・ Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp

・ Consomme granules: 1 teaspoon

・ Melting cheese: 50g

How to make

1. Remove the eggplant and cut it into 5 mm wide pieces, put olive oil in a hot frying pan, bake on medium heat, and take it out to a plate when it gets hot.

2. Fry the minced meat in the same frying pan over medium heat until the color changes.

3. Add ☆ and boil. (Meat sauce)

4. Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a bakeware, heat it in a 600 W range for 1 minute and 30 seconds without wrapping, and drain it.

5. ④ Put mayonnaise and consomme in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth. (White sauce)

6. Layer eggplant, white sauce, and meat sauce in that order. Repeat this twice. Finally, sprinkle with melted cheese and bake in a toaster for about 10 minutes.

2, Eggplant and mackerel cans pickled in Nanban

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

・ Eggplant: 2 pieces

・ Boiled mackerel can: 1 can (200g)

・ Shishito: 6

・ Radish: 5 cm

・ ☆ Ponzu: 1 tablespoon

・ ☆ Vinegar: 2 teaspoons

・ ☆ SALT: 1 teaspoon

・ ☆ SWEET: 4 teaspoons

・ Salad oil: 2 tablespoons

How to make

1. Put mackerel can juice and ☆ in a bowl and mix.

2. Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces, and stab the shishito pepper with a knife or fork to make a small hole.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the shishito pepper. When it becomes brown, put it in the bowl of ① and mix it to remove the rough heat. Add mackerel.

4. Grate the radish and squeeze out the excess water.

3, Eggplant with sesame sauce

Material

・ Two eggplants (160g)

☆ Dressed clothes

・ 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds

・ SWEET 1 tablespoon

・ 2 tablespoons of SOY

How to make

1. Cut off the eggplant and calyx, wrap them in plastic wrap one by one, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for about 3 minutes. When the heat is removed, remove the wrap and tear it into large pieces by hand.

2. Put the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix.

Tips / Points

Steamed eggplants can be easily tasted by tearing them by hand. This time it is heated in the microwave, but if you use a steamer, the skin will be soft. If you are sick of eggplant, please squeeze it lightly after heating it in the microwave.
