Ingredients (for 2 people)
  • Burdock: 1/2
  • Hawk's claw: 1
  • ORYZAE SALT: 2 tsp
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

    How to make
    1. Rinse the burdock well, cut it into thin strips and expose it to water for a short time.
    2. Cut the hawk's claws into round slices, except for the seeds. (If you like spicy food, you can add a little seeds.)
    3. Heat sesame oil and 2 in a frying pan and fry 1 when it smells.
