Grilled white fish and shimeji mushrooms in foil (15 minutes)

Ingredients for 2 people
  • White fish: 2 pieces
  • Shimeji mushroom: 1/2 share
  • White onion: 1
  • ORYZAE SALT: 2 tbsp
  • Coarse ground pepper: If you like

    How to make
    1. Cut the white fish into bite-sized pieces and combine with 1 tablespoon of SALT. Drop the shimeji mushrooms and cut them into pieces that are easy to eat. Cut the white onion into 1cn width.
    2. Put green onions, shimeji mushrooms, and the rest of SALT on aluminum foil and wrap them.
    3. Bake in an oven toaster for 10 minutes.
