Salad chicken

Ingredients (for 2 people)

・ Chicken breast: 1 piece

・ ORYZAE SALT: 3 tbsp

How to make

1, Remove the skin and excess fat from the chicken breast and make holes in several places with a fork

2, Put chicken breast and ORYZAE SALT in Minigrip, knead and soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more to season.

3, Boil plenty of hot water in a pan, add seasoned chicken, reduce heat to low and heat for 5 minutes

4, Turn off the heat, cover and leave for 1 hour

5, When the heat is removed, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat and serve them. ✨
